[Continuation from here.] They had walked all the way from the dark, dreary graveyard, until their footsteps lead them to the tall castle, standing most majestically in the dark of the night. Keiran smiled, he quite enjoyed the attention that he was getting, people seemed to like him these days, it made him feel somewhat normal. It was about time - he'd been around to long. Some part of him felt it was dressing emo that made everyone love him. Maybe they felt sorry for him and wanted to make him feel better? Did he look sad? He probably did. He chuckled silently to himself, before his blue-green eyes transferred over to stare at the red-headed girl he'd just met. He was taking her up into the Ravenclaw commonroom, and to his dorm so he could show her some of the photography he'd done. They'd turned many corners, and went up as many stairs as one would think possible before finally coming to the entrance of the Commonroom. "This must be a lot different, a lot more walking, than it is for the Slytherin commonroom, huh? I hear it's in the dungeons..." he made some small talk, before saying the password aloud. He didn't care if Mikaela knew it or not, as far as anyone knew it wasn't him who had let her know. Everyone was asleep - they had no evidence. And a little trouble would never bother him. "Right this way, madam," he said with a mock-polite voice. It wasn't that he wasn't polite, he was just well over-emphasizing some manners. As they both walked into the room the entrance shut behind him, and he slipped his hand into hers. Keiran had always been a little touch-y feel-y...he hoped it didn't bother her. It wasn't like he was a bad touch-y feel-y though, he just liked hugs, closeness, and holding hands. He was a softy in that way. Which was odd, considering... "Sorry, just figured I should help...guide you," he said, with a lovely smile on his lips. He could be most charming when he wanted to. Keiran gently tugged her along, strolling through the commonroom, and bringing her up the stairs into the Boy's Dormitories. He casually slipped into another room, where there were about five beds. He gently let her hand go, his porcelain fingers now taking a wand from his pocket. Keiran flicked it ever so gently, and a stack of folders came rushing to his hands. "Shall we head to the commonroom? Or we could lay on my bed..." he said, he desperately tried to hide the smirk on his lips. He couldn't help it, the statement just sounded funny - the way he purposely made his voice sound seductive. He couldn't help it. It was a joke though, and hopefully she could take it.

As they walked from the graveyard to the commonroom, Mikaela thought back to all the guys she had ever spent any time with. Out of all of them, which was a lot, he was the first to treat her with kindness and respect. She did, however, come across her a fair share of sweet talkers, but that only lasted for so long. She couldn’t always blame the guys. Mikaela often accepted and even encouraged that kind of treatment, not being much different herself.
“Ehh…Yeah, I guess,” She said in response to his comment about the Slytherin Commonroom. “I don’t spend a lot of time in there. The girls don’t like me much.” That was an understatement. Recently, she went up to her dorm to find banner over her bed, magicked to flash the words Mikaela Martinez: Slytherin Slut. She appeared to have let it roll off her back, but in truth it bothered her. Combine that, the issues with her mother, and her more frequent “episodes”; she was definitely spending less time in the commonroom. Mikaela was either hooking up with someone, drunk or high somewhere, having an episode, just crying shamelessly, or doing other things that were bad for her. Everything she said she would never do again was slowly taking her over, changing her into a person she didn’t want to be. The thoughts sent an unpleasant shiver down her spine. Shaking it off, she smiled to herself as Keiran held her hand.
She hadn’t expected it, but she liked it. “No,” Mikaela said lacing her fingers in with his. “It’s ok.” Looking around, she noticed that the Ravenclaw commonroom had a much more homey feel to it. She wouldn’t mind coming here more often. Mikaela frowned when Keiran let her hand go, but quickly straightened the look on her face. She grinned when he asked her if she’d rather stay and look at the pictures on his bed. She could sense the purposeful seductiveness in his voice. Dropping her stuff to her side, she grabbed his hand again. This time she led the way, heading to the empty bed she assumed to be his. Speaking lowly, she replied, “Stay up here. How could I say no?”
Two could play that game…

"The girls don’t like you? Why wouldn’t they?" he asked her, he didn’t really know that much about her, but from what he knew of her she seemed to be a perfectly nice person. But she’d only said girls – so did the boys like her? Maybe the other girls were jealous? He could see this girl was gorgeous, and she wasn’t even in make up.
Keiran smiled when she seemed to not mind him holding her hand. He felt it was easier to get her to follow him if he knew that she was within his reach. He couldn’t describe the constant need for contact…maybe that was just part of who he was
He smirked as Mikaela reached for his hand, and took his words well like he’d hoped. She’d guessed right about the bed, it was indeed his. Two could indeed play at that game. He took her direction towards the furniture, and plopped himself at the top of the bed in a sitting position, leaning against his mounds of pillows. Keiran gently pulled her to his side with a slight smirk on his wicked lips.
"So…where to start…" he asked both her and himself, staring at the heaps of folders in front of him. "Yikes – I might be embarrassed by some of these, I think these could be really old…" no pun intended upon the REALLY old…
Pick a folder, any folder…" he said musically into her ear, gesturing toward the pile in front of the two.

"Well," she said as she thought of the best way to put it. "This is going to sound extremely cocky...but I guess I can be sometimes. Um, I think they're jealous of me. Their boyfriends like me. I can't help that." There was more. She looked down while she said the next part. "And I guess I took advantage of the fact that they liked me. So now the girls don’t' like me. On top of that, I realized that the boys really don't like me that much easier. They just like using me...and I can't believe I'm complaining to you about this.” Mikaela shook her head as she rubber her temples. “I’m sorry. This isn’t why we came up here.” Mikaela allowed herself to be pulled gently beside him and got comfortable against his pillows also.
As soon as she relaxed she took a look at the folders Keiran had placed in front of her. There was one, the corner was sticking out, that was drawn to her. Locking her eyes on it, she focused on it. Soon, it began to rise from the pile and into her hand. “I just thought it was the opportune moment for me to show off my wandless magic skills. Now you can show off your photography skills.” She grinned a little as she handed it to him. “So, show me what you got!”

"It doesn't sound cocky..." he added in gently, with a small smile, listening to the rest of what she had to say. "Ahh, I see," he said quietly, wrapping his arms around her in a small, but sweet hug. "That's fine, I can see how that would be troubling... I'll be your friend, and I won't use you..." he purred ever so sweetly, with sea-green eyes focused on her face. He wouldn't be like all the other guys - even if she was pretty, he believed in treating people with respect.
He chuckled at her comment, and was remotely surprised by the floating folder. "This one is about mid-aged, so I might not be too embarrased by this," Keiran grinned. He opened it up, and retrieved the first photo.
It was still pretty glossy - and still looked relatively new. It was a picture of Keiran himself, the tone was slightly blue, he had a black umbrella in his hand, and he stood in a snowy setting. The snow was falling from the sky, and the camera seemed to capture the flakes in mid-air. Luckily his camera was purely Muggle, and the photo did not move. The picture had him, decked in eyeliner, with black and ice blue hair, staring upward at the corner of his umbrella. He clutched the umbrella, sporting a black jacket and a white scarf. He remembered this. It was awhile ago.
"What do you think of this one?" he asked, taking it in, and idly handing it to her should she want a better look at it in the dim light.

“Thanks,” Mikaela said with a smile. She could definitely use a friend at this point in her life. She just hoped that if he ever found out about all of her “problems” he wouldn’t run away. Mikaela’s life was far from simple and would disturb just about anyone. The last ‘boyfriend’ Mikaela had before she came to Hogwarts was annoyed with her panic attacks and fears, so he left her. She quickly closed her eyes and hoped that it would never happen again. Mikaela turned to face him before taking the picture from him. “Keiran, I know that we just met and everything, but I would love for us to get to know each other better. Just promise me that whatever you find out about me, that you’ll still give me a chance?” She took the photo, hoping that he’d agree.
“This is absolutely stunning,” Mikaela said in awe as she viewed the photo. Noting that it didn’t move, she assumed that it was taken with a muggle camera. Her mother tried to shelter her from the muggle world, but was unsuccessful. Mikaela was often fascinated, humored, or even saddened by it. She realized how many people were taking magic for granted when those poor muggles had to struggle without it.
“I really love the colors. This photo is brilliant.” Mikaela continued to look at it when she remembered that Keiran had said he was about mid-aged when he took this photo. Confused, she wondered how old ‘mid-aged’ was exactly. Mikaela looked at Keiran then looked at the photo. He looked to be the same age she was and he didn’t look that much younger in the photo either. “How old were you when this was taken?” she asked curiously.

"You are welcome," he replied, with an even smile. He watched the emotion flare through her eyes as she now spoke to him, and the boy knew she meant this, seriously. He could almost laugh at the irony of what she said - yet it would be very inappropriate, so he chose to nod, and flip his dark bangs off to the side. "Of course...I would love to get to know you, too, and I ask for the same...whatever you find out about me, hopefully we can still be ok..." he thought if they made a two-sided deal it would be good. The only thing was that if he let his own secrets fly he may have to do something he wouldn't necessarily want to do.
But on a much lighter note...he smiled as Mikaela immediately complimented his work. It was nice to hear someone say something nice about what he'd done. "It's a muggle camera," he said quietly, his ocean eyes running between his photo and her face, "it wouldn't hold the same beauty if it moved...I mean, what if I went to show you this, and myself in the picture decided to go out for coffee?" he now chuckled, humor lining his voice.
"Thankyou very much," he said sweetly, smiling at her words. It boosted his confidence, for sure. The question she asked threw him off course slightly though, and his eyes flicked around as he tried to think of a decent age... "I think I was about 13 or 14," he answered cooly, "I know I don't look too different - I think it was my eyeliner, making me look older," he purred softly. He hadn't really taken precautions showing her these, had he?

Mikaela smiled as he agreed and asked the same of her. “You have my word.” Everyone had skeletons in their closet. Mikaela just wasn’t sure if she wanted to let them out. She hated reliving them, much less putting the burden on someone else. Things always got ugly when she revealed her secrets to others and she liked Keiran too much to let that happen this time. However, he seemed to have his own secrets. Though she was curious as to what they were she’d be content if he never told her. She wasn’t going to be a hypocrite and pry because she hated when people did that to her.
Mikaela laughed at what he said. “Yeah, I guess a magic camera wouldn’t have captured the beauty the way the muggle one did.” Her eyes scanned over the photo again. “You ever thought of selling copies of your work? You’d make a fortune…” She kept throwing compliments at him because she loved seeing him smile. It seemed warm and genuine. She hadn’t smiled like that in ages...at least not until tonight. She had nothing to be happy about. Maybe that would soon change…?
Mikaela got a strange vibe from the way he answered the question about his age. After all, she was a seer. However, not a very good one so she couldn’t tell for sure. He had no reason to lie to her, they had only just met, so she let it roll off her back. She made a mental note to practice her seeing skills when she had the time. She didn’t bother to mention to him that she was a seer. Most thought of them as fakes or phonies. It’s not that she had no seeing ability, it was just one that needed to be perfected.
Handing the picture back to him, she said, “You should take a picture of the two of us together before the night is over. So what else do you have in here to show me?”

He smiled softly as they both agreed on accepting each other. Though, he wasn't making any promises about her finding out about his 'deepest darkest secrets' he hoped she didn't...he'd gotten close to someone before, and let them in. They figured out too much...and...well...that girl was long gone. A look lined with pain came over his face, but he made sure he was looking away from Mikaela - he really wouldn't want her to see it, he didn't want to have to explain it. He already had to 'make up' an age. He was glad she didn't ask any questions, and maybe she was glad that he didn't ask either?
"No, well, it would be neat, but the angle and pose kind of make the picture," he said, to explain himself a bit further. He didn't want to offend the ways of magic - because they surely were amazing. He nodded, "yes, actually I do a bit, I'm on a few websites where I can sell my stuff, so that does give me some money..but it's mostly just a hobby," Keiran replied, and her compliments did make him smile - why, there was a grin across his lips right at the ver moment.
If he would have known Mikaela was a seer - he probably wouldn't have even really talked to her, it was scary to know someone could see a part of you, somewhere else. It wouldn't have been anything personal, but what if she saw him...doing... Keiran had to stop himself, and breathed out, releasing his stress.
"Hey, good idea," he said with a smile, "I'll do that right now, then show you something else..." he sat up to find his camera, but then had a great idea - instead of trying to remember where he placed it, he picked up his wand and said "Accio my camera!" he thought he was smart...BUT, the events went on like this.
With a small grin, then a look clearly saying, 'oh sh*t' the camera came flying towards him, and hit him square in the forehead. The way he was sitting on the bed, turned because he had been searching for the very camera that just hit him, he fell backwards, on the floor.
Keiran currently lay, facing the ceiling, with his legs still on the bed, and the rest of him sprawled on the floor, groaning. "Okay... Well.. That didn't really work..." he muttered, silently cursing himself for the embarrasing incident. Keiran usually wasn't clumsy at all - he was above average with his poise.

Mikaela was catching another odd vibe from Keiran as he looked away from her, but again she didn’t question him about it. She hated when people did that to her. Mikaela always got the “Are you Okays” or the occasional “Do you need to talk to someone?” No, she didn’t need to talk to anyone. What she did need was for whoever asked to take their fake concern and shove it up their ass. No matter how many times they told her that they understood, they didn’t and never would.
“A website?” She’d heard of them before but had never seen one. “You’ll have to show me sometime. I just might have to buy one.” Yeah, if she wasn’t using all of her money to buy…other things. She was getting better though, but every time a good period came a long it was soon followed by a dark one. It was like a vicious cycle that she couldn’t control. Right now, she was in that gray area in between. She’d try to hold off the dark period as long as she could. The last thing she needed was for Keiran to see her during one of her ‘attacks’. She looked like a f**king psycho during those times and he didn’t need to see her like that. A quick wave of insecurity came over her and she unconsciously pulled the sleeves of her hoodie down over her wrists.
Mikaela watched him smile again and felt her own lips curl up into a smile too, but she couldn’t figure out why. ”What the hell does that mean?” she thought to herself. She was smiling at him like an idiot, something way out of character for her. Mikaela cleared her throat at the awkwardness of the situation and looked around a little. She probably looked even more stupid now. She might as well just have asked him a question about the weather.
“Ok,” she said dumbly when he agreed to take the picture. Suddenly the camera came zooming toward them and hit Keiran in the head. “Oh sh*t!” She probably had said out loud what he had been thinking, by the look on his face. Her initial reaction was shock as he was knocked right off the bed, but she couldn’t help but laugh when she looked over the edge of the bed and saw half of his body sprawled out onto the floor. Mikaela tried desperately to suppress the laughing by taking deep breaths, but it wasn’t working. She reached out a hand to help him up. “Are *gasp* you *laugh* okay?”

If Keiran would have known why she wasn't questioning him, it probably would have made him smile, but as for now he was just completely thankful. It would be difficult for him to make something up on the spot. He'd really have to be more careful, or plan out a phrase to repeat to her - and with perfect poise, of course.
"Yes...do you know what I'm talking about?" he asked kindly, he wasn't sure if she'd known what he was talking about or not. Because, well, he assumed that she hadn't heard or seen too many Muggle things. "Hah I'll glady show you, but I wouldn't make you pay, I'll give you anyone you want for free.." he said, with a genuine smile that showed his teeth. Keiran absent mindedly watched her actions prove to be a little more self concious. She seemed a little more unsure than earlier, simply by the way she moved. He frowned slightly, but didn't ask, for he offered her the same respect she'd offered him.
He watched her smile, and could almost see her second guess herself. It was pretty funny, he didn't find the situation awkward, he found that quite amusing. What would follow the moment would be much more awkward on his account - he fell due to a camera hitting him in the head.
Keiran laughed aloud as she expressed his thoughts with her words. It wasn't long after Mikaela laughed that Keiran joined in. It was pretty damn hilarious. "Most...likely," he said, in between laughter much like she had done. He looked at her hand, then considered his position on the floor, and figured that that would be difficult. So, he took her hand, but with a sneer, and much ease, pulled Mikaela onto the floor beside him. He tossed his rather evil camera on the bed so it wouldn't cause anymore harm, and he turned his head to face her, with a grin that was a mix between being demonic and playful.

Mikaela had very little knowledge about the contraptions of the Muggle world. She only knew what she saw in books or magazines. No, she didn’t know what a website was, but she was interested and wanted to know more. Or was she just interested because Keiran would be the one showing her? “Thanks. I could put it next to the photo of my mom.” That was one of the only pictures Mikaela owned. It was of her and her mother at a snowy park in the winter.
Mikaela knew that the minute she reached out her hand to offer him help that it had been a bad idea. When she fell to the floor next to him she landed on her back. Her hair was covering her face. She pushed her hair back and looked over to her right to find Keiran staring back at her. He was grinning and she couldn’t help but grin back. Playfully shoving him in the shoulder, she said, “You little devil. I should’ve seen this coming.” She really sucked at being a ‘seer’. “Mark my words, Keiran. Pay back is a bitch.” Mikaela tried to pull off one of those evil cackles but it wasn’t working. She started a coughing fit and when it died down she cleared her throat. “Ah Merlin, remind me to never do that again.”
Finally, she didn’t know what to say. And as she looked over at him she realized how amazingly beautiful his eyes were. They just seemed so deep and real, as if they had a story to tell. She saw that there was more to him than he was letting on, but she also saw that he was a very passionate person. Mikaela hoped to spend more time with Keiran and get to know him better. But she was getting ahead of her self.
“Was this part of your plan? Was this all a part of your plan to enchant me? You bring me back here, show me beautiful photos, and fall off the bed, knowing, in all of my innocence,” (Ha, yeah right) “that I’d try to help you? And now that I’m vulnerable to your charm you can have your way with me? Was that it?” Mikaela laughed at how stupid she sounded. It’s not like she would’ve said no if he had just asked to seduce her. Mikaela closed her eyes, pretending that she didn’t just think that.

Hopefully he wasn't sounding stupid, it seemed like she didn't know what he was talking about all that much, so he was glad. "Awesome, we can just look through this pile of junk, and I'll make you a copy of one that you like," Keiran said, glad that she was interested in what he did. It made him a little happy for people to be interested him - without having to try too hard.
Mikaela should have thought a little more, but then again she didn't know Keiran all that much, and he usually came off as a bit shy. He was, indeed quite bold with his decisions and therefore when the idea popped into his head he couldn't help but use it. A grin spread across his face as she shoved him, and threatened him. He liked when people got playful, it was always thrilling, "Ooh I am scared," he purred in a low tone, with an almost devilish look. Keiran was soon laughing at her attempt to be evil, "I'll remind you, but it was very amusing," he said, laughing at the situation with them both on the floor, him with his legs still up on the bed.
Keiran watched curiously as she studied him, his eyes perhaps? He could tell she was paying close attentions to his features, by the way the conversation slowed. He continued to look at her, thinking of how she'd said she was a mess or whatever because she hadn't done anything with her hair or had no make up on. She was pretty without either.
He immediately started laughing at what she'd said, it was quite the imagination she had, but he supposed it could easily happen. He definitely could have done that, considering who or what he actually was. But he did decide to play along, and he removed his legs from the bed, and crouched over her, his arms on either side of her, and he held himself up. Keiran bent down further so their noses just barely touched, "Yes, now I have you right where I want you..." he licked his lips, his tone a little more dark then before - but he made sure it was evident that he was just kidding.

“You should be scared,” Mikaela said making one of those head movements that signified attitude. She scrunched her face and stuck out her tongue. When she pulled it back into her mouth, she made sure to do so slowly so that her tongue ring wouldn’t hit her teeth. That always hurt so badly and she didn’t want to embarrass herself. “Need I remind you the look on your face when the camera was coming at you?” She exaggerated the look he had then laughed. Mikaela wasn’t really prepared for what happened next. As Keiran bent over her, her breathing got quicker and shallower. Her heart rate sped up as she felt the temperature suddenly rise in her face. Mikaela almost lost it as he spoke in a low tone and licked his lips. She was almost certain that he knew exactly the effect her was having on her and that he was doing this to mess with her head. Suddenly she realized that he wasn’t supposed to be having an effect on her. Boys never made her act this way and she wasn’t about to let that change now. It was crazy for her to be thinking this way, especially since they had only spent a few hours together. Mikaela can’t say that she wasn’t even a little disappointed that this wasn’t for real, but this was good in a way. She didn’t want things with Keiran to turn out the way they had with other guys. For once, she’d like to be seen for who she is other than being a slut. Besides, this was fun and she could play games too.
“Not for long,” Mikaela said pushing him over so that he was on his back. She leaned over him just the way he had done to her, with her nose just barely touching his. “It’s foolish to think that I would be allured by your charms. You obviously need to get to know me better.” She spoke in a low dark tone just the way he had. “Don’t be fooled, Keiran. I’m no damsel in distress. I’m not as sweet and innocent as you’re making me out to be.”

Keiran could not help but laugh at her attitude, or her mocking him. He was sure he did look pretty stupid, as a measley camera came flying at his face, knocking him over completely. "I don't think I need to be reminded, but thanks anyway," he now stuck his tongue out. It was a good thing that he didn't have a tongue ring, he would probably get it caught on his lip ring. He liked her tongue ring.
He watched with serious amusement as her composure was almost lost beneath him, and a smug look appeared on his face, mixed with some form of desire. Mikaela almost seemed too tough for him to make her get girly with a simple heated gaze, and a more calm, deep tone. He shed his playfulness for a few seconds, and was thoroughly amused by the outcome. Keiran could easily turn the tables and make this a real deal. As her temperature rose he could almost smell the blood pulsing faster through her veins, and it made him rather, well, hungry...not that he should be thinking that way. It wouldn't be appropriate. He'd always counted himself on being older and more wise..
He allowed himself to be shoved over, at a vunerable position on his back. But it almost made him depressed to have that moment broken, he found himself licking his lips, anticipating more. Luckily she came down and assumed the position he had previously done. It was insane for a human to be driving him crazy the way she currently was. When brushed his hand against the side of her face, falling to her neck, he could feel that crimson liquid being pumped through her body, and he had to exhale deeply as if to control himself, it could all fall apart. He almost lost his disguise, it could fall all around him so quick..
"My allure may not work but I think you have me caught," he answered breathlessly, amazed at how quickly the situation went from him being playful to ... thirsty. But he couldn't do that to her. Keiran's hands grasped her waist, gentle at first, before sliding his hands up her back, and slowly pulling her to him. Having her closer did not help him any, but it seemed to give him some form of relief. Hopefully she mistaked this lust for something else. Yes, she was very nice and attractive, and of course that allured him - but right now blood was calling to him.
He couldn't help it, he was a Vampire, afterall.
