Mikaela watched, intrigued, as Keiran’s countenance changed from playful to lustful in a matter of a few seconds. She was a little surprised and would have wondered what it was that had changed him so suddenly if she hadn’t been so caught up in everything. He was only kidding around before, but by the look her was currently giving her, Mikaela was almost sure that he wasn’t kidding anymore. The situation had changed so quickly and now she wasn’t sure what to do. Her body was telling her to go for whatever it desired while her mind was telling her to slow down and back off. Her body was winning.
Every time Keiran licked his lips, Mikaela found herself biting her lower one. Mikaela’s eyes fluttered closed then open as Keiran’s hand brushed against her skin. It was when he exhaled deeply that she realized how affected he was by the situation. His breathless words had pushed her over the edge and by then she had made up her mind. “Keiran, that’s what I do best,” she said lowly in his ear. It seemed he had also made up his mind when he gripped her waist and back and pulled her body closer to his.
If it were possible, the temperature rose even more. She unzipped her hoodie and threw it aside, leaving her in a camisole. Mikaela also began to breath heavily. She got a strange feeling as if a vision was approaching, but she was so focused on him that it didn’t surface. She brushed it off as being unimportant and concentrated more on what her next move should be. Even though she told herself over and over again that she wouldn’t rush into things with boys so quickly, she couldn’t help herself this time. She knew she probably shouldn’t be doing this with him, but with the way she was feeling it felt wrong if she didn’t continue.
Keiran was different. She was fighting to keep control over herself, when she was the one that usually had the guy under her control. Even if she wanted to pull away she wouldn’t be able to. Mikaela pulled her hair aside to the right side of her neck. She quickly gave his face a once over before lower her lips to his and kissing him hotly. When she finally had to come up for air, she lingered on his lower lip before pulling away. Her chest heaved heavily up and down while she looked into his eyes for some kind of reaction. She bit her lower lip again, grinning this time. “Sorry. I couldn’t help myself.”

Keiran didn't mean for it to happen like this. It wasn't what he wanted. He thought he had obtained near perfect control of his bloodlust. His...oh sh*t, now he was thinking about it! He usually tried not to even think about what he was, or what he wanted, due to the fact that someone might be a telepathic, and able to read his thoughts. That had always made him paranoid, but now he had to concentrate on not harming the girl on top of him, and that could prove to cause some problems. He didn't have time to worry about who might be in on his thoughts.
The Vampire almost groaned as she threw aside her hoodie, now his bare arms touched upon her flesh and he could literally feel what was so desperately calling out to him. Keiran's lust for her blood was also transforming into another need. He was turned on by how much he wanted her...and well she seemed to want him. He didn't mean to treat her like other boys, this was something beyond Keiran's control. And he wouldn't just abandon her like the others; unless of course he did something worse.
Her kiss brought him into a strange mixture of emotions...blood lust, butterflies, and temptation. "Oh God..." he whispered, slipping between his vampire and human conscience. Keiran brought his head up, so his lips pressed into hers. His mouth slipped away from her lips, and fell down to her neck where a vampire would normally bite. He stayed there for a minute, arguing with himself. "Wait a sec..." he muttered in a whisper, half to himself, half to Mikaela. He pulled back, laying flat on the floor. He almost wanted to tell her..but he couldn't. Keiran breathed out again, his eyes closed. If he were to open his eyes - she'd see completely black eyes.
His formerly blue-green eyes were now pitch black. This effect was weird, he'd never sensed that she'd make him be so tempted. Keiran sat up, dragging her onto his lap, so Mikaela was facing him, and his torso was placed in between her legs. He stared at her lips so she wouldn't be able to catch the darkness of his irises. "I'm sorry," he counter-apologized before kissing her lips slowly, a second time he did it a little more hungrily, the third time his hand moved along her thigh, the other supporting her back. He was still struggling not to bite her, but this seemed to be helping him. Yet not... it was weird...

Mikaela seemed to be having more and more feelings come to her that something was wrong, but nothing about this could be wrong. She put all of that behind her. All that mattered to her was the two of them together right there, right now. Besides, she couldn’t let him know that she was a seer. People didn’t trust them and she didn’t want to ruin what she had going with him…whatever that was exactly. Keiran had promised that he wouldn’t be like other boys, yet here they were only a few hours after meeting each other, doing things that they shouldn’t be doing. But Mikaela knew that tomorrow, after all of this was over, that he’d still be there. That wasn’t her powers talking to her this time. It was her heart. She had faith in him that he wouldn’t hurt her like others had. Her thoughts were completely interrupted when she felt his lips on her neck. She expected a kiss but frowned when it never came. She watched him lie down and close his eyes, exhaling deeply. Maybe he was having regrets. Maybe this wasn’t the type of person that he was used to being. Mikaela allowed herself to be pulled into his lap as he sat up. “Don’t be. You have absolutely nothing to apologize for.” He seemed to be debating with whether or not he should kiss her, but he did…three times, each time better than the first. She unconsciously rolled into him as she felt his hands on her body. There was something about his kisses, a thirst almost, that drove her crazy. Mikaela slowly pulled her lips from his and lowered them to his neck. She let her heated breath linger over his skin before kissing it. She had one hand sliding up and down his chest while the other was in his hair. Mikaela briefly lifted her lips from his neck only so she could switch to the other side. She spent a few seconds there, kissed up to his jaw, then back to his lips, letting her tongue ring glide across his lower one. Mikaela’s lips parted, and she touched his lips with her tongue, hoping for permission into his mouth to take the kiss deeper.
Suddenly, Mikaela got another feeling, this time stronger and telling her that something wasn’t right with Keiran. “Wait,” she said before kissing him one last time. “Stop for a sec.” She slid her thumb over his lips softly while speaking. “Are you okay with all of this?” Mikaela sensed a strong desire within him. She just hoped that it was because he was with her, not just because of the physical attraction.

If only his complications were as simple as his. He wouldn't be nearly as frightened to find out that she was a Seer as she would to find out he was a Vampire. There he was thinking of what he was all over again. Sick. Keiran didn't mean for it to happen like this. He didn't mean for the simple playful fighting to get him so...aroused...that was probably the right word, considering the fangs dying to grown on his teeth, and the bulging black eyes that he was desperately trying to disguise. And that lust he was fighting. And now he and her were making it even more difficult by all this damn flirting, because now he wanted her more, and it was really sending his mind into a frenzy.
What to do?
"Yes I do," he countered, with a mild pout feeling sorry for himself almost. And what he could do to her. He almost could groan at the reaction her body was having to his simple kisses, and he smirked, her actions causing him to have that little bit more of desire. As her lips fled his to kiss along his neck he almost had to reach back to the bed for support. Because he wanted her blood. Then. Now. And her too. What a weird combo. He was about to open his mouth to bring the kiss deeper, when she suddenly said wait, and he hesitated, pulling back, still making sure to only avert his eyes to her lips. "I'm...ok..." he said, again with his breathless voice, he was so caught up in trying not to go too far, but continue on with this physical act that he almost had himself panting. It was too stressful, maybe he was much less experienced vampire than he'd suspected.
He wanted to tell her to run. Run far, far away from him. But the inhumain side of him wanted her for his own personal gain. And Keiran also wanted her company, he didn't want her to leave. He reached around her, slipping her body closer to his, before standing up, with her still in his arms. Keiran gently placed her on the bed, laying her down, and tossing his folders of pictures aside. Keiran absent mindedly grabbed his camera, whilst bending his head over for a kiss, making sure to slightly angle his head so it could be seen, he opened his eyes, and the camera caught him - with the black irises and all.
It would be a creepy picture.
Keiran slipped beside her, running his hand up her tank top, but only to gently stroke her stomach. He removed his hand from her shirt, and bent over her to press his lips to her neck. He nipped at her playfully, but quickly had to pull back. He breathed deeply, therapy almost, before sinking down for his lips to meet hers in a sweet kiss. He pulled at her bottom lip with his teeth, before kissing her forehead. He smiled sweetly down at her, and kissed her cheek.
This sweetness didn't mean that he didn't want to eat her... ( hahahahahahahah... XP )

Simple? Keiran finding out about her being a Seer was the least of her concerns. What worried her was him finding out about the type of person she was and the things she had been through. Mikaela had done and seen evil things, disgusting hings, immoral things. She asn't who he thought she was. There was a completely different and scarier side to her that he hadn’t seen and she hoped he never would.
Mikaela was surprised at what the night had turned into…not that she was disappointed any. It wasn’t the fact that they had just met that had surprised her. She had been in those types of situations plenty of times before. It was the fact that Keiran hadn’t seemed that interested before and she hadn’t expected this (she usually can tell), yet here they were. And on top of that, most guys failed to impress Mikaela, but Keiran had way more than impressed her. The way he kissed her was perfect. The way he touched her was perfect. To her, he was perfect.
The pout was cute. “What could you possibly be sorry for?” she asked him in a whisper. “I started this, not even sure if this is what you wanted.” She almost laughed at that. “I mean, I guess I figured that out on my own seeing as how far we’ve gone without you stopping it.” She wondered if she should continue with what else was on her mind. Why not? After all of this, talking to him about how she felt should be easy. “You really don’t have to apologize to me. I…I really like you and I think that it’s pretty evident that I’m enjoying myself.” Mikaela covered her face as she blushed. If she felt stupid before, she felt even worse now.
She grinned at the reaction he was having to her lips on his neck. Ti felt good to get that kind of response from him. Mikaela wrapped her legs around Keiran’s waist as she felt herself being lifted off the ground and placed onto the bed. He was so gentle with her, despite the fierce lust radiating from the both of them, especially him. The gentleness wasn’t something she was used to, but she liked it, though she didn’t mind roughing it up a bit either. As they kissed, she heard the click of the camera. That was unexpected. Looking up, she noticed his eyes…
Her thought was cut off when she felt his hand on her stomach. She gasped softly as the simple gesture sent a sensual chill down her spine. Mikaela didn’t have time to calm her nerves. His lips were on her neck, kissing her, and she had to bite down on her lower lip to keep from groaning out loud. Her back arched slightly as she gently ran her fingers through the hair on the back of his head. She relaxed when he pulled away and kissed her softly. The kisses he planted on her forehead and cheek made her smile back at him. Mikaela wrapped her arms around his neck and returned the kiss on his cheek.
Then she remembered his eyes. She pulled back to take a look at them. His formerly beautiful blue-green eyes were now black and eerie looking. Mikaela had no idea why they looked like that. She had read something somewhere about…well, she didn’t even bother to finish considering it. The idea was ludicrous; it couldn’t possibly be that. Maybe he was sick. She ran her hand through his hair again and then tenderly down the side of his face. “Keiran, are you feeling alright? You can’t see it but, your eyes look…well, not normal.”

Keiran hadn't expected the intimate contact to occur on this night either. He’d even told Mikaela that that wasn’t what he was out for. But Keiran felt that he could not blame himself. First of all, the only reason he began to get that interest was because of the realization that he had a hunger for her blood. And the second thing was, Mikaela had made the first real move by kissing him. So could she really blame him? Well, probably.
He smiled slightly at her words, but that didn’t excuse this behavior. She didn’t even know…if only she did. Well, they probably wouldn’t be in this situation if she actually knew. "Okay, but just remember that I am, please," he said, bordering on a beg. But he didn’t want to sound too suspicious. "I’m glad you like me, I like you too," it was said with sweetness, though his voice was slightly husky from the effort of taming himself.
Keiran was nearly the one to groan as he felt her arch upwards, and only at such simple gestures. It made his mind and body crave for more…to go a little further with all of this. If only he could tell her he was a vampire, it would make this so much more fun. What if he just did it anyway? Stole a few drops of blood. But then his conscience kicked in, telling him what if he couldn’t stop it?
As she kissed his cheek, and pulled away, a jolt of panic struck through him, and she asked the question that let him know she’d noticed. He was scared to know that she knew, but that didn’t stop him from wanting to slit at her flesh. He seemed to have that desire growing by the second. But of course he didn’t actually want to hurt her. Keiran was so confused, and he just couldn’t help himself.
Now to elaborate… oh sh*t… oh sh*t… OH sh*t, what COULD he say? With the frustration of keeping his lust in order, and the complexity of trying to think up an excuse he thought he might snap. But he managed with one last great effort to keep himself under control.
He just leaned over her, lips on her neck, "I’m fine, promise," he whispered the lie with a sweetness that could not be displaced, and placed a few spicy kisses to that tender place where it would be so easy to sink his fangs into. Fangs? sh*t…he felt his teeth growing more pointed; he should really have just turned and ran. But it wouldn’t be right to run away from prey… Keiran tried to flee back to that moment from before, and with his lips on hers he ran his hands over her chest, one hand feeling her up, the other trying to rid her of the tank top completely.

Mikaela couldn’t understand why Keiran insisted on being sorry. When he asked her to remember that he had apologized later on she got worried. It was almost as if he expecting something to happen for him to be apologetic. She smiled when he said he liked her. However, she hoped he meant it and wasn’t just saying it because of the physical attraction.
Mikaela couldn’t help the fact that she was so affected by the kisses Keiran was leaving along her neck. It was one of the more sensitive spots on her body and one of her favorite places to be kissed. The kisses sent intense feelings through her entire body. The more intense the kisses, the more she lost control over her ability to contain herself.
Mikaela almost didn’t believe him hen he said that he was fine, but the sweetness in his voice finally had her completely convinced. She bit her lower lip as he whispered against her skin. When he planted spicy kisses along her neck she fought a losing battle to keep her cool. She reacted by grabbing onto his shoulders to brace herself. He seemed to like kissing her neck as much as she did. This rime she couldn’t keep the groans from escaping her lips as she unconsciously rolled her hips into his.
She only had a few seconds to catch her breath when his lips left her neck to cover her lips. Mikaela let out yet another soft sigh as she felt his hands run over her chest. She hadn’t expected this but she currently lacked the ability to put any thought into it. As she felt him fumble around with her tank top she pulled away from the kiss and whispered, “Let me help you with that.” She reached down to her torso and pulled the cami up over her head and tossed it somewhere. Now, her red bra and belly button ring were exposed to him. Had she been on her stomach, he’d be able to see the tattoos on the back of lower neck and lower back.
Mikaela kissed Keiran fiercely, sliding her tongue between his lips to deepen the kiss. Things just took and interesting and unexpected turn and even though she was a seer, she had no idea where they were headed. He had surprised her completely. Her bra strap slid down her shoulder but she didn’t even bother to fix it. Mikaela slipped her hands underneath his shirt, sliding them up his chest then back down again. She grinned into the kiss, the said between kisses, “Hey, I don’t think it’s fair that I’m the only one that’s topless in here.”

The more that Keiran felt bad the more that lust seemed to act up, and the less regretful he became. It was that strained feeling where all he could hear was the pulse of a human heart, and it seemed like his cold flesh would become heated with one simple drain. And that's what made him ache for it, his body tensed as he fought off this feeling. He didn't want this. He'd tried to train himself all of those years to keep himself under control, and only go for people that deserved to die, or even animals to be safer.
Of course he loved to kiss her neck, but it was also teasing his senses way too much. He liked the way she moaned as he pressed his lips to her neck, and he wanted desperately to hear a shrill scream as he bit... He pulled back quickly before he lost control of his will. His hands started to roam, he hoped to take his mind off of the blood and replace it with a teenage want.
When she offered to help, and pulled off her tank top, Keiran just stared in awe at the bold move. But slowly he recovered with a grin, and his lips found hers after he took in the belly ring. Mikaela had attacked his lips, hitting his mouth with force. He responded with a passionate kiss, for his whole body was out of wack.
Keiran playfully pulled the other bra strap down to match the one that fell. "So you want to be even?" he asked in that husky voice that made his struggles more evident. He pulled his shirt off, revealing a fair amount of scars along with a nicely toned stomach. "We still aren't even..." Keiran purred, sliding his hand around to her back, with a smirk, before his lips went to hers, then he slid his lips to her neck, kissing, then slowly biting. But he pulled back quickly, and sort of flung himself away so he didn't do what he was originally going to give in to.
So he ended up where he previously was - on the floor. Except for this time he was in a sitting position, with his knees being held to his chest. He stared out at the ground before him, with his coal-colored eyes, and fangs protruded like two dainty stones decorating his lips. So he was going to say it, for her safety.
"Mikaela..." he whispered, with a crazed gleam in his eyes, his body almost shaking as he gripped the bed for support. It was like he could smell, almost taste every ounce of blood that lay in the bodies of the humans in Hogwarts. It was that intense feeling that he couldn't put off... "Run, don't touch me, just go... I'm a Vampire Mikaela, that's what's wrong..." But part of this was almost like hope to allure her down to him, so he could grab her and feed off of her.
He was stronger than that though. He truly did feel bad. Because he'd be scared, if he were her.

As the night progressed, Mikaela’s visions became clearer. The first time she had it, it was blurry and she couldn’t tell what it was. The longer they were together and the steamier things became, the clearer the vision became. As Keiran pulled off his shirt, the vision flashed before her eyes again. She could tell that Keiran was in it, but she couldn’t tell what he was doing. Mikaela ignored it and grinned back at him when he pulled her other bra strap down. She took note of the scars on his stomach; maybe they would come up in conversation some other time…
Mikaela kissed Keiran back fully as he slid his hand back to where the clasp of her bra was. She closed her eyes and bit her lower lip when his lips moved to her neck as he left kisses there. And after a soft bite, Keiran was no longer on top of her. Suddenly, he was on the floor. Then the vision appeared again. This time she could see everything perfectly. She saw Keiran standing in a white room, dressed in all black. His black eyes were traced in thick black liner and smokey eye shadow. There was a bat sitting comfortably on his shoulder as he smiled evilly, licking his bloodied lips. The vision was clearly symbolic for something, but before Mikaela had time to think about it, Keiran had solved it for her.
Mikaela sat up in the bed and scooted back to the headboard. She shook her head in disbelief. “No… That’s not… You can’t be a…” But she realized that everything added up. He was so pale. The things he said about secrets he had. He lied about his age in the photo. And the vision. What didn’t make sense was the fact that he was so sweet to her. Mikaela slid off the bed and onto her feet. She backed herself into a corner as she looked at him in shock. “Oh my God.” She felt dizzy and sick, as if she were going to throw up. Though she was scared, she didn’t want to leave him. She had promised that no matter what she found out about him that she’d still be there.
He seemed so helpless on the floor, struggling to maintain control of himself. He told her to run and staying there was putting herself in danger. She couldn’t move even if she wanted to. The shock was making her immobile. But suddenly something hit her. Maybe Keiran had planned this all along. Maybe he brought her here intentionally, knowing that he was going to try and kill her. Maybe Keiran did have a lust for her in the beginning. A bloodlust.
Mikaela was so confused. She didn’t know what to believe about him anymore. If he had wanted to kill her, why did she feel such a connection with him? It could be her mind playing tricks on her. Whatever it was, she had to run. She couldn’t deal with all of this now. “I can’t be here.” Mikaela scrambled around quickly and found her hoodie. She pulled it on as quickly as she could and tried to head for the door, but she tripped, twisting her ankle and busting her lip on the ground. As she sat up, blood began to poor from her lip. She held her hand over her mouth as she slowly slid away from him. “Keiran, please don’t hurt me.”
A taste of blood mixed with salty tears filled her mouth as she cried. She cried because she was angry at him, sad for him, and scared for herself all at the same time. On top of that, her ankle was probably sprained and her lip stung badly. She tried to pull herself off the floor without straining her ankle, but was unsuccessful. Now she was stuck in a room with a vampire and scared for her life.
OoC: that had to be the worst post i've ever written, but I had to reply with something because I want to see where this goes. I LOVE this plot! It's freakin amazing!!!

ooc: I liked your post a lot! Hahaa and this is a pretty wicked plot. I wasn't going to make keiran admit he was a Vampire so soon. But I decided I needed to spice things up a tad more. =D
bic:
He was dissapointed at how quickly he had to turn things around with his stupidity. He shouldn't have gotten himself, or Mikaela in this situation. Sure when he'd seen her in the graveyard he'd thought of killing her, but then he realized that he wanted to get to know her. And once he did, he didn't want anything to happen like what was going on right now. He'd take it all back if he could.
Yet...there was this sick voice that kept telling him not to worry about it, that she didn't matter that much. But Keiran knew that he should go with his better senses, which were to protect her...from himself?
Keiran was at the point where he was clawing at his face, trying not to launch himself toward her general direction. He groaned and continued to clutch at anything in his path. "I am..." he muttered the mild response to her disbelief. Keiran wouldn't have believed it either, he thought that he was a pretty good liar.
He sensed her getting up, and he turned his gaze watching as she threw on some of her clothes, and headed toward the door. He knew that was what she would do, everyone ran. Even if she had promised. But she had no clue of what he had been talking about at the time. And he didn't mean for her to ever find out.
So he probably had to kill her.
Keiran watched her run, and then, fall. Immediately the scent of blood filled his nostrils, and in seconds he stood over the pleading girl. It almost saddened him, and yet it made him extremely intrigued all the same.
The Vampire gently sat her up, and finally stared at her completely with those penetrating black eyes, his fangs appearing over his pale pink lips. He watched the blood thirstly, and leaned in to give her a kiss, meanwhile taking the blood that came pouring from her lips.
"You taste good, baby," he said ever so sweetly, his hands gingerly resting on her shoulders, pain lining his now red-rimmed black irises. "I won't hurt you...and I'm sorry..." he said, though the sensation from the taste of her blood was driving him absolutely wild. "What did you do?" he asked calmly, noticing that her ankle was probably causing her pain. He touched it very gently, "How much does it hurt?"

So many things were running through Mikaela’s mind that she felt as if she would faint. Part of her wanted to get the hell away from him. But the other part watched him struggle and wanted to stay and help him. What could she do? He was a vampire. She couldn’t un-vampire him.
Despite that other side, she was scared. Mikaela didn’t know much about vampires, but she did know that they were vicious and would stop at nothing to kill their prey. Keiran seemed to be holding himself back and that calmed her just a little bit. He was trying to restrain himself, which meant he didn’t want to kill her. At least, that’s what she hoped it meant.
As he walked over to her, she scrambled backward, trying to get away from him. She backed herself into a wall with nowhere else to go. This was reminding her all too much of situations that she’d promised herself she would never be in again. If she didn’t try to control herself she would relapse into one of her episode and this was neither the place nor the time for one.
The way he stared at her with those evil looking eyes as his fangs were displayed over his lips made Mikaela feel as if she were going to die tonight. As he touched her to sit her up she flinched. She couldn’t help crying a little harder as he leaned in for the kill, but he didn’t. He’d kissed her.
Mikaela was beyond confused now. She had no idea what to think of the kiss and was still terrified of Keiran. She ignored the questions about her ankle. She was too scared and confused to even be thinking about that. “Why should I believe you?” she asked, her voice just barely above a whisper. “How do I know that you didn’t plan this?”

The best way for a Vampire to react to rejection is to simply kill. That was the solution Keiran always had, or more recently, leave. He usually just got up and left a place once someone found out he was a vampire. Made it so he was just a passive memory. But in this case he had promised Mikaela he wouldn't leave. And to keep that bond, he was going to ask her about her ghostly secrets. Surely they weren't worse than his main one. But perhaps she suffered more than he was thinking.
It did mean that he didn't want to kill her, yet, just his actions probably weren't readable. He wasn't about to say "I don't want to kill you." that wouldn't be coming out of his Vamp-poisoned lips. The blood that slowly seeped from her mouth was driving him insane, he could feel it, and the taste still lingered upon his lips. Voices yelled inside of his head, telling him to do what was wrong, but a voice said to do the right thing. And he fought, he really did.
When she cried even harder it broke him, he didn't want her sobbing out of fear. But he just couldn't help the way her blood was driving him crazy. The way his dark eyes seemed to get that red tinge, and the way that his fangs lengthened to the point that they were visible on his lips. It was impossible to quit the natural acts that happened when a Vampire got a taste of blood. Or wanted blood.
Keiran just assumed that her ankle had been damaged, so after she questioned him pitifully, causing guilt to line his gut, he stood. And once he stood he walked over and grabbed his wand, sitting back infront of the poor girl. "Because you promised me," he answered before pointing the wand at her ankle, and whispering a healing spell. He watched as a light pink haze flew from the tip of the wand, instantly mending her wounded ankle.
"Well to tell you the truth when I'd first seen you it was my first instinct to use you for...blood...because you were alone in a graveyard, but once we started talking I realized that you were a good person and I completely changed my mind. I don't work like that, Mikaela, if I'm going to kill someone, I do it right then and there, I don't get to know them so I can be filled with regret...I don't..." he promised in a voice that was hopefully believable. He was being honest, and he hoped that she could look past his ebony colored irises and know that he meant it.
"Believe me?" he asked, before shoving his fangs into his own wrist. He needed a way to punish himself, and well,it was working. Now he was concentrating on the pain in his arm, and the blood that fled from the wound rather than ways to make Mikaela bleed.

The Promise. In all of this Mikaela had lost sight of the promise that she had made to Keiran after he had first brought her here. Mikaela was always one to be true to her word, but staying here may cost her her life. However, despite the fact that she was so scared, she didn’t think that he had it in him to kill her. Mikaela believed (or at least wanted to believe) that Kieran was a good person with good intentions.
She reached down to touch her ankle after he healed it. It didn’t hurt anymore and she was grateful. Breathing deeply to calm her nerves, Mikaela wiped the tears away from her eyes and cheeks and the blood from her lips. She hiccupped a little as she tried to stop crying.
So he originally intended to kill her, but after getting to know her he decided not to. It still freaked her out that he even thought of killing her in the first place, but the fact that he had changed his mind made her feel much better. Putting her hand to his cheek, she closed her eyes and concentrated hard on getting a vibe from him. She sensed honest flowing through him. “I believe you,” she replied softly, lowering her hand.
Mikaela gasped as Keiran bit into his own wrist. A tear unconsciously escaped her eye for she knew self-inflicted pain all too well. She touched the wound lightly with her fingertips and concentrated hard on a healing spell and watched the wound heal itself. “I know what you’re trying to accomplish by hurting yourself, but its effect is only temporary. Trust me; I’ve been down that road many times before.” She was being a hypocrite, but she’d rather that than watch Keiran hurt himself. There had to be a way to keep him from hurting himself, while distract him from biting her all at the same time.
She pulled him closer to her, leaning in to kiss him, but hesitated a little. There was a vampire sitting in front of her, so naturally she was afraid. But she tried to put that behind her and remember the sweet guy that she met only hours ago. She closed the gap between them, kissing him, hoping that this would help him relax. She kissed him deeply and hard, but just for his sake, but for hers too.
Then she remembered the cut on her lip. Because of the pressure applied to it, it began to bleed again. Mikaela pulled away and put a little distance between them. “I did promise that I wouldn’t abandon you no matter what I found out,” she said, agreeing to what he said earlier. “But I don’t know what to do. I’m so scared, but I want to help you. I don’t even know if I can or if you even want to be. This is who you are.”

Keiran watched her through pain-lined eyes. And it wasn't just because of his currently bleeding wrist - it was the pain of letting the monster in him show to such a nice person. Someone that he thought he could have got along with and hid his beastly faults from. He casually cradled his injured arm, watching as Mikaela exhaled deeply, perhaps in hopes to calm herself. It was a sin watching her, tears still streaming down her cheeks. And he couldn't even touch her...she thought that he was a crazy beast or something. She was repulsed by him now.
Keiran slid away from her even more, his vampiric instincts fading slightly and the insecurities of his human body slowly came flooding into him. And it made him depressed, this situation had happened before, quite a few times. And this time it just really hurt. He desperately wanted to go kill that bitch that had turned him. It was her fault that Keiran could never actually be that close with anyone. They always found out...
So lost in self-pity it alarmed him when her fingers touched his cool cheek. The words I believe you struck a chord somewhere in his soulless body, and his ebony eyes almost lightened at the thought. But he wasn't sure if she was just saying that, maybe she would run. Just as Keiran was about to take another chomp into his bleeding wrist, Mikaela pressed her fingertips ever so gently against his self-inflicted wound. Keiran had made an interesting sound at the touch, one somewhat like a growl and a whimper intertwined.
He listened to her words after the white-hot pains in his wrist were gone. He watched her eyes, and found that her words were much...wiser than someone of her age should be. How did she know that already?
After he had moved away from her, Mikaela and easily pulled him closer to her. He didn't argue, and when she hesitantly kissed him he responded merely gently. He assumed she remembered the blood upon her lips, for she obtained some distance between them again. Keiran exhaled harshly, before wrapping his arms around her, and pulling her to him tightly. He should have gotten rid of the blood on her lip, but it intrigued him, and the Vampire within him was screaming to him to leave it how it was. So he just didn't deal with it yet.
The point of him pulling her closer was not to get a taste of her neck, or to force his lips upon hers. Instead he just held onto her, she could slip away if she really wanted to, but he held her closely, hoping that him fighting his own demons would make her believe that he was really trying. And it was also a way to see how she felt about him - could she stand being so close to a Vampire? Her words made his non-existant heart flutter, and he gently pressed his stone-cold face against hers, closing the space. He pulled away, staring at her, nose to nose. "This is who I am," he agreed quietly, "and you can help by trusting me, or at least trying not to be scared of me... come on... do something to me... do whatever you feel like you want to do that will gain your trust, whether it be smacking me as hard as you can, or just staring at my messed up eyes, and trying not to be frightened."
Keiran pulled away, sitting beside her now, giving himself up in submission. "I'll be your Vampire puppet, I won't hurt you, believe me," he silently waited for her to take out on him whatever she was feeling, or whatever would make her feel more comfortable. He really wanted her to do it, he thought that it may help. Or hoped, at least.

OoC: ehhh... not too proud of this one... Mikaela could sense Keiran’s frustrations as she pulled away from the kiss and put distance between them. She felt badly because she wasn’t making this any easier for either of them. All she needed to do was to let go of her reservations and trust him. That was easier said than done. Mikaela has developed major trust issues with men ever since… Well Keiran was a bit different. He had gotten her to feel things that no ever had. If only she could put aside the simple fact that he was a vampire. It took Mikaela by surprise when Keiran pulled her close to him and held her firmly. She rested there for a moment, her hand shaking. Breathing heavily, she tried to calm herself down. “There’s nothing to be afraid of,” she thought to herself. “I know he won’t hurt me. I have to trust him.” Just as she was beginning to get more comfortable in his arms he pulled away. His cold pale skin felt like ice against hers. When he looked at her she couldn’t bring her eyes to meet his. The black irises terrified her and made her miss the blue ones he donned before. Everything Keiran said to her was true and she felt as if she knew it the whole time. He sat back and basically gave his body to her to with whatever she felt necessary. Mikaela sat still for a moment thinking of what to do. She had to think of what it was that scared her most about him then face it head on. Mikaela moved over to him and straddled his waist, sitting on his lap. Holding his cool face in her hands, she raised her eyes to meet his. As she gazed into them her own pooled with tears. It was difficult to not look away, but she knew that behind these ebony eyes were the beautiful cerulean ones that made her smile. Mikaela then moved her thumb over his pale pink lips. She could feel the porcelain-like fangs underneath her finger. The tears spilled over and she was crying again, silently this time. All of this was so surreal and her emotions were getting the best of her. She didn’t know why she was crying and couldn’t prevent it. She didn’t try to hide it from Keiran because she was tired of holding everything in. Mikaela was letting her guard down to trust him and she wanted him to know that it was a big deal for her. Mikaela placed her shaky hands on his cheeks and leaned in slowly. This was a test for the both of them. She wanted to see if she could kiss him, bloodied lip and all, without being scared and pulling away, but also, she wanted to see if Keiran could kiss her without hurting her. It was as if she was lowering herself in front of him as bait, tempting him to take a bite, yet daring him not to. If he could be gentle with her the way he had been before then she had nothing to worry about. She knew he would be, so this was more a test for her. Tilting her head, Mikaela lowered her lips to his in a kiss. Without breaking the contact, she removed her hoodie once again, leaving her in her bra. This is the way they were right before things got out of control. Mikaela let go of everything she was feeling as she kissed him. She reached for one of his hands and brought it to her lower back. She was encouraging him. She wanted him to take her back to that moment before she was afraid and touch her the way he did before without losing restraint on his ‘vampiric instincts’.
